Circo Digital Academy — Orange Internship Programme · Remote

• Built and deployed the full backend for MarketCompare, a crowd sourced local food price comparison platform, across nine development phases as part of a five person cross functional team.
• Implemented authentication, price submission with idempotency and throttling, market comparison and trend endpoints, flagging and moderation, and analytics event ingestion using NestJS, PostgreSQL (Neon), Prisma, and Redis (Upstash).
• Deployed staging and production environments to a self managed Hetzner VPS using Nginx, pm2, and Certbot.
• Placed 3rd at the Week 3 checkpoint review with a score of 98.5 out of 100.

Brutige · Remote

• Assumed full PM authority over a 6 person team after 7 months of uncoordinated development had left the frontend running on mock services and the backend built against a model that did not match the actual product.
• Led a complete technical and product turnaround: audited the existing codebases, authored a full PRD, and ratified a 12 table relational domain model.
• Restructured delivery into a phased, ticketed sprint system with explicit Definitions of Done, and made binding product scope decisions.
• Operated simultaneously as product manager, technical architect, and DevOps lead for the team.

HNG14 Internship (Backend Track) · Remote

• Designed and built Dilamme Scheduler, a production grade background job scheduler with a heap based priority queue, DAG job dependencies, automatic retries, recurring jobs, and a dead letter queue.
• Built a full authentication layer for a separate platform: GitHub OAuth with PKCE, access and refresh token lifecycle, and RBAC enforced across a backend API, CLI tool, and browser portal with CSRF protection.

• Designed RESTful API endpoints and relational database schemas using Node.js and PostgreSQL, following clean architecture principles in a distributed Git based team.
